Thao was born and raised in Vietnam but has called Singapore home for over 15 years. She began her career in Europe with an entrepreneurship venture before returning to Asia to join Bain & Company, where she focused on working with private equity and venture capital clients to assess and develop growth strategies for Southeast Asian and global companies. Thao then joined Hedosophia, a global venture capital firm, as one of their first team members in Southeast Asia, supporting leading fintech companies at various stages of growth. At Square Peg, Thao is based in the Singapore office, where she is focused on opportunities across Southeast Asia.
