Tom is a Senior Associate in Square Peg’s Israel office, investing in Israeli founders with global ambitions.

He previously worked in venture capital in London, focusing on early-stage and growth investments. Before investing, he was a Product Manager at Amazon, where he developed the launch strategy for a new European business unit, and at Kaltura and LitiGate, where he built B2B SaaS products.

Tom began his career as an Intelligence Analyst in the Israeli Air Force and Unit 8200. He holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
